Sten Selander

Sten Selander 32 years of experience and background in entrepreneurship and business for new media and new cultural expressions, media production and product development for design and manufacturing and a background as an artist and artisan in furniture, interior design, graphical design and in installations and happenings. He has experience in teaching and program development at a university level and in adult education with exams in teaching and informatics. He is currently project leading several projects concerning innovation and infrastructure for new media industries and new cultural expressions and connections between industry and research within the same field, specially aimed towards new innovative games development.

Selander is also currently CEO for Custom Red Software Studios and COO for Unity Technologies; two game related graphics and software companies. He is also a board member of a handful of other companies within the interactive arena and holds a Senior Executive Advisor position in the Swedish Games Industry organisation as well as a similar position with in the Nordic Game Program. Selander has been part of bringing several Nordic studios and companies to over seas markets and has a extensive network in the global games industry.
